This is our third year of running this webinar on premises, and we felt in light of the new Premises Costs Directions being published in May 2024, it would be a good time to refresh the agenda and the topic’s covered.
For this session we have an expert panel of speakers which includes Adam Thompson – Primary Care Surveyors, Bryn Morgan – Hempsons Solicitors & Pete Farrier – Morris Crocker Chartered Accountants who will be running this for us, with the session covering:
- A general overview of the rules/principles around premises
- What are the key changes the new Premises Costs Directions have introduced and what this means for you as a practice
- Panellist Q&A session on problems they have come across and some suggested solutions to these
By the end of this session, delegates will have gained an understanding of all aspects relating to premises and the associated responsibilities.
