Our ‘How to…’ modules are aimed at decision makers and leaders, partners and all GPs. These are practical sessions which will get to the bottom of exactly what you need to know with the help of our Wessex LMCs team plus some experts in their field of law, finance or leadership.
This session will cover:
- What does being a partner and ‘partnership’ mean?
- The partnership agreement – what you need to know
- Partnership deeds; common problems and traps to avoid
- Legal pitfalls to running a GP practice and how to avoid them.
- Partnership disputes… common causes, how to avoid & deal with them.
By the end of this module, delegates will have gained an understanding of the partnership module and the associated legal issues, responsibilities and liabilities. Delegates will also understand the value of support and skilled mediation when it comes to partnership disputes.
